RQ**-P Pressure Control Valves

The RQR3-P, RQR5-P, RQR7-P, RQA5-P and RQA7-P are automatic unloading valves for plate mounting. They are specific valves for circuits with accumulator: they optimize the energy consumption of the pump when the accumulator has reached the expected pressure value.

They work by discharging the entire flow of the pump into the tank when the pressure value set via the adjustment screw is reached, until the pressure in the working line B drops to a percentage (63% or 75%, depending on the version) of the set pressure. After that, the flow from the pump to the circuit is restored via the built-in non-return valve until the set pressure is reached. The RQA5-P and RQA7-P are supplied with the built-in non-return valve, while the RQR3-P, RQR5-P RQR7-P are equipped with an X connection for a pilot signal coming from an external non-return valve.

They are available in three pressure regulation ranges up to 280 bar, with hexagonal head regulation screw. The SICBLOC type regulation knob is available on request.
