Transmission Organs – CO Series

Mod. COE: elastomer joint with clamps
Mod. COS: elastomer coupling with expansion shaft
Mod. COT: self-centering clamping device

Technical features

Transmission organs are devices necessary for the correct connection between axes and electromechanical cylinders with motors or reducers.

The joints COE Form They consist of two hubs with a high concentricity clamp and an elastomeric insert.
The joints Mod. COS They consist of a hub with a high concentricity clamp, a hub with an expanding shaft and an elastomeric insert.
The torque transmission is free of angular play and vibrations. Both joints are free of angular play thanks to the pre-tensioning of the elastomer between the two half-joints.
The keyers Mod. COT They consist of an internal conical ring and an external conical ring connected to each other by a series of screws. By tightening the screws, a radial force is generated that is capable of transmitting a torque from the shaft to the hub.
