Coalescing filters (oil separators) – MD Series

The coalescing filter is an oil separator that removes solid substances with dimensions ranging from 0,1 to 5 µm and oil vapors with a concentration of 0,01 to 0,1 mg/m³. For correct operation, they require pre-filtering. Given the characteristics of this filter, it is advisable to replace the filter element at least every 12 months or 8000 hours of work.

Thanks to the solution adopted for the pneumatic connection, it is possible to equip the same element with interchangeable bushings that can be threaded or with integrated super-rapid connection, both in different sizes. Intermediate bushings can also be integrated to join more functions or intermediate bushings with a derivation to take air. An additional air intake with the same characteristic as the outgoing air is available on the front and rear sides. This intake can be used for users with limited consumption.
