Flexible pipes for the passage of wine

The harvest is the moment in which the grapes, grown in the vineyard throughout the year, are collected and taken to the cellar to begin the winemaking process, which with the alcoholic fermentation of the sugars contained in the ripe grapes will transform the must into wine.

We provide increasingly flexible and easy-to-handle solutions, to make work in the cellar a breeze. Flexible pipes for the passage of wine resistant, with different structures and materials that slide easily, do not get stuck in the grates and remain clean for longer.

Anti-crush, slip and flexibility are the main features of the pipes we supply to our customers.

In addition to these features, there is also a variety of underlayers that can be supplied:

• UPE: Tube equipped with a very high molecular density polyethylene substrate, unique in its kind as it allows the stagnation of alcoholic products up to 99% without altering their flavours and aromas.
• NR: Natural rubber hose, extremely light and flexible, available with steel spiral or PET spiral in crush-proof version. Possibility of also supplying the semi-corrugated version, red, in low friction coefficient material, non-staining if dragged on the ground and easy to clean.
• EPDM: Hose with excellent resistance to temperature changes and atmospheric agents due to the quality of the rubber compound. Also available in an anti-crush version.
