Le PHOENIX estates, closed at the front in the piston body, are designed for the purpose of avoid material expansion due to operating temperatures and therefore ensure constant levels of stress and wear in the cylinder.
The innovative seal construction system PHOENIX guarantees a longer life, a “green” technology which allows for lower consumption of spare parts.

The aseptic seal PHOENIX Safe it is a PATENTED system that allows to avoid the stagnation of the product around the seal housing area, thus avoiding possible formation of bacterial loads.

The lip seal Cleaning PHOENIX it is a PATENTED system that guarantees a high level of cleanliness and has an ideal shape for washing and sanitizing operations.

Achievable through the use of a wide range of materials compatible with contact with food MOCHA in compliance with the latest European regulations (CE) No.1935/2004 and (EC) No.2023/2006 and international: FDA Food and Drug Administration, CFR 21 (USA code), GB4806.7 (CHINA National Food Safety Standard), etc.

Both systems are available in the version standard piston e plunger extra-stroke piston.
